You can use baking soda for getting relief from itching. You can add baking soda in cool bathwater. It is helpful in soothing skin irritations.

One should avoid scratching. The scratched area can develop thickened skin that may darken the area. Do not wear tight clothes especially at night. Avoid wearing rough and thick clothing as it rubs the affected area and makes it worse.
