If you feel sick after eating, you are probably having a problem with your digestive system. Sometimes digestive systems go under stress and it makes you feel weird inside your stomach. Most of the time distressed digestive system leads you to throw up the food you’ve just eaten.

Bad Eating: Don’t try to eat your food too quickly or without chewing your food. Don’t swallow up food in a hurry as that can seriously lead to unhealthy eating causing your body to be unable to digest such food.
Acid Reflux: If you have eaten some medicine or some bad food in an empty stomach, your body develops acidic gas in your stomach and then whatever you eat is rejected by your body. You will need to see a doctor which will most probably give you an anti acidic medicine which will calm your stomach down and help you digest food. Once you feel better, eat slowly and have a little bit of water in between instead of galloping at once.

Eat Timely: Are you skipping your breakfast and having your lunch in the evening? Don’t sleep all day long and destroy your meal timings as it will soon start stressing your digestive system.
Relax After Eating: Don’t start dancing or jumping or working out just after you ate. Sometimes it is good to lie down after eating and give your stomach some rest. Let the food get digested and then do your work.
Change Diet: Having problems digesting a lot of meat or milk or eggs? Find out what food is causing problems in your stomach and avoid them. Some people have problems with mutton or eggs or even milk. Avoid that.
Medicines: The last stage is taking medicines actually, you should visit your doctor and explain your situation and let the doctor suggest you steps or give medicines. But that’s the last stage if everything else fails.
